Shipping Policy

We typically ship supplement orders within two business days. 

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

• Free shipping is available on all supplement products and medical emergency kits shipped within the United States.
• Wellness Farms meat boxes are not eligible for free shipping and are available only to customers in the U.S. and Canada.
• All prices listed are in USD.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. Unfortunately, some products cannot ship to certain countries to due local regulations. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be shipped due to those regulations.

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout and vary based on location, weight, and more.

International orders are shipped via International Economy and typically arrive within 10 business days from the date of purchase.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

• The recipient is responsible for ensuring the products ordered can be legally imported into the destination country.
• All import duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not controlled or determined by The Wellness Company. However, on some international orders, we are able to collect estimated duties and taxes so your order may flow through customs more easily and your order can arrive with less difficulty.
• Customs policies vary widely; we recommend contacting your local customs office for details.

If a shipment is refused due to customs or import charges:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• A $15 restocking fee will be applied for returned orders
• Return shipping costs (if any) will be deducted from your refund

To Avoid Delays:

• Provide an accurate phone number at checkout so customs can reach you if needed.
• Do not refuse a shipment or ignore communication from carriers regarding duties or delivery.
• Most carriers will hold a shipment for only 5 days before returning it to the sender.
