I entered the wrong address for my order. Can I change it after it has shipped?Updated 2 days ago

We understand mistakes happen! Our warehouse processes orders very quickly. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, please contact our Support Team at [email protected] or by phone at 800-758-1584 right away.

We generally have a 2-hour window to make changes before an order is sent to the warehouse for fulfillment.

Unfortunately, we are unable to change the delivery address once an order has shipped.

If the order has already shipped, you can contact the carrier and request to have the package held for pickup at their nearest location.
